Town Planner – Backlog Reduction (Hybrid)

Osborne Richardson is seeking a Town Planner on behalf of a Local Authority in East London to support the DM team in clearing a planning backlog. You will handle a large caseload of planning applications and pre-applications, ensuring determinations meet statutory timeframes and local targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of UK planning experience, strong knowledge of planning legislation, and can work under pressure. Public sector DM experience preferred; hybrid working arrangements offered.
