SME Activation & Growth Specialist — Outbound

Capital on Tap is seeking a results-driven professional to join its hybrid Customer Engagement Team. You will own the initial commercial relationship with recently approved SME customers, educate them on our card, activate usage, and grow spend by understanding how their business operates.

You will spend most of your time speaking directly with SME owner-directors and finance managers, moving customers from approved to actively using our core payments tool.
