Bespoke HR is seeking a HR Consultant / Employee Relations Advisor to join their close-knit team. You’ll work with your own group of clients, offering clear, practical HR advice and helping them build strong people practices across day-to-day queries, ER cases and project work.

You’ll advise on employee relations, performance, absence and recruitment, draft contracts and HR documentation, lead client meetings and be their go-to HR contact.
