We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, bringing energy, leadership, and attention to detail to everything they do. You’ll play a key role in the setup and running of conferences and events, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations across our F&B outlets.
What You’ll Do:
Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service in our hotel and pub restaurant.
Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of conferences and events.
Support the Food and BeverageManager in supervising the team during busy shifts.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation.
Contribute to a positive, fun, and respectful working environment.
Assist with training and mentoring team members to help them grow and develop.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (hotel or restaurant).
Confident in managing a team and delegating tasks effectively.
Comfortable working early and late shifts, 5 days out of 7.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A hands-on attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A passion for delivering fantastic service, and a belief in kindness and respect at work.
