Responsibilities:
- Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on.
- Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients’ projects. Building and maintaining relationships.
- Writing job adverts, building your personal brand, and creating social media content to attract top talent.
- Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews, and delivering offers.
- Predominantly working a US market and working US hours from the UK
Qualifications and Expectations:
- Recent Graduate – must be degree educated
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese – ideally you are already UK based with dual nationality and bi lingual (VISA Sponsorship not offered)
- A high-level sporting background is must i.e Captain of Rugby Team, played semi professional football, competed professionally etc
- Experience in sales, real estate, business development, car sales, or telesales is desirable.
- Confident, outgoing personality.
- A good understanding of the recruitment industry – this will be explored in the interview
- Clear personal & professional goals – these will be explored in the interview.
- Great ability to build & maintain relationships.
