A well-established and respected law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing team based in Crouch End.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE and solid residential conveyancing experience who is looking for a role offering autonomy, client contact and the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high professional standard.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handling residential sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages and other residential conveyancing matters
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout transactions
• Keeping clients regularly updated on the progress of their matters
• Drafting and reviewing relevant legal documentation
