Hybrid Income Officer – Temp Accommodation & Rent Support

Lewisham Council is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Income Officer to support vulnerable residents in sustaining their homes by leading rent collection, reducing arrears, and providing early, proactive income management. You will collaborate with Housing Benefit, DWP, Social Services, and internal teams to resolve complex cases while safeguarding residents’ interests.
