About the Role

You will work with clients across various sectors to re-engineer their business operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of client business processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimized process designs, utilizing methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Create process documentation, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate workshops with client teams to gather requirements and drive buy-in for process changes.
• Implement and monitor new processes, ensuring successful adoption and adherence to standards.
• Measure and report on the impact of process optimization initiatives, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients in Randburg .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping, re-engineering methodologies, and performance measurement techniques.
• Proven experience in implementing process changes and driving operational efficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, effectively collaborating both in-person and remotely.
