IDEX Consulting Ltd, on behalf of a leading specialist insurance business, seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to join the second line of defence in a hybrid London role. The post is senior and hands-on, spanning across Underwriting, Operations, Claims and Risk to strengthen regulatory frameworks.

You will implement the Compliance Framework, lead monitoring, advise the first line on conduct risk and GDPR, and steer regulatory reporting and governance.
