EMEA Music Licensing Counsel

ByteDance in London is seeking a transactional attorney with substantial experience in drafting and negotiating digital music licenses, artist/label distribution agreements, and music rights-related contracts.

You will support the Music Business Development team to execute ByteDance’s music licensing strategy across TikTok, CapCut, SoundOn, and other platforms, providing cross-functional legal guidance on rights for campaigns, partnerships, and events.
