Tenancy Rights & Enforcement Specialist

Crawley Borough Council is seeking an experienced Tenancy Relations Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract to protect tenants, support lawful landlord practices and prevent homelessness across the borough.

As a subject matter expert in tenancy law, you will provide specialist advice to tenants and landlords, investigate complaints including illegal eviction, and take enforcement action where required while engaging with police, legal advisers and housing charities.
