SDP Curriculum Lead — Shape Young Minds (Part-Time)

Big Creative Training Ltd is seeking a curriculum leader for the Self Development Programme (SDP) within the 16‑19 Study Programme. You will design, develop and deliver SDP, teaching ~12–14 hours a week and leading the SDP tutor.

Ensure the curriculum stays current, inclusive and challenging using learner voice and external input. You will also oversee SDP resources and help develop an appropriate PSHE curriculum across the school, with emphasis on sensitive topics and safeguarding.
