Foster Carer Participation & Engagement Lead – South West

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Foster Carer Participation Officer to lead engagement with foster carers, children and young people across the South West region. You will develop and deliver a dynamic participation programme, facilitating events and gathering feedback to inform recruitment and retention initiatives.

The role requires excellent communication skills, collaboration with local authority partners, and a passion for driving positive change in fostering experiences.
