English Teacher & Reading Intervention Lead

Alder Community High School is seeking a Teacher of English and Academic Intervention Co-ordinator (Reading) to develop literacy across the whole school. You will teach English to KS3/KS4 and lead school-wide reading interventions, driving improvement in reading ages and progress.

The role involves coordinating testing, evaluating intervention programmes, and delivering CPD and updates to staff, parents and governors.
