Branch Banking Experience Specialist

Santander Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the branch team. This role is 35 hours per week, on a rota basis Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm, delivering friendly, helpful service to customers across transactions, technology support and fraud protection awareness.

You’ll build relationships, resolve queries, and continuously learn about Santander products to enhance the customer experience.
