Hybrid/Field Security Contract Manager – Multi-Site Leader

Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Security Contract Manager to oversee multi-site security delivery across the UK. You will lead Site Managers and frontline teams, ensuring SLAs are met, budgets and KPIs are managed, and client relationships are cultivated.

The role is hybrid/field-based with regular travel to customer sites and the Anchor Head Office; a full UK driving licence is essential. This is a dynamic opportunity within a leading security and facilities management provider.
