Luxury Car Service Advisor — Customer Care & Liaison

Maranello Ferrari Egham, part of Sytner Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing and consulting on servicing and keeping customers updated at every stage.

You will liaise with technicians, provide product advice, build rapport, and identify customer needs. Training is provided through our Learning & Development team and Ferrari courses; weekend patterns may apply.
