Hybrid Community Manager — Arts & Education Engagement

The Old Vic Theatre is seeking a Community Manager to lead and develop our Education & Community projects, including Theatre Club, Community Choir and the OV Community Network. You will collaborate with the Education and Community Director to shape strategic engagement with local communities and intergenerational initiatives.

You will recruit and manage freelance artists, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to evaluation and reporting across projects.
