Customer Automation Executive IT – Training & Support

DPD Group is seeking a Customer Automation Executive – IT to join a high-performing team. You will demonstrate IT systems to customers, depot and sales staff, assist in selling system benefits, and assess IT usage at customer sites. Training customers and resolving IT issues are key duties. A commercial mindset and strong data skills are essential.

You will engage with internal and external customers, manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and uphold the DPD DNA values in daily work.
