Absence & HR Admin Specialist | Hybrid, 25 Days Leave

Serco is seeking an Absence Administrator Support to join the MyHR Shared Services team. You will manage absence records, support attendance processes, and ensure high-quality customer service across the business.

The role uses the GoodShape absence management system and requires strong attention to detail. Based in Solihull with 2 days in the office, the role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30, and on a 6-month FTC.
