Hybrid Team Manager, Children & Family Social Work

Kent County Council’s West Kent Children in Care Service in Kings Hill is seeking a Team Manager to lead a team of 5/6 social workers. You will champion social work values, supervise caseloads, and help deliver improved outcomes for children and families, in collaboration with partner agencies.

You must be Social Work England registered with a degree, have extensive post-qualification supervision experience, and be prepared to work in a hybrid model.
