Retail Strategy Lead: Customer Experience & Growth

CI&T is seeking an experienced Strategist (6+ years) to guide day-to-day strategy execution across our Retail client engagements in EMEA. You will frame complex business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate strategy into actionable programmes with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with Client Partners, Growth Units, engineers, product teams, and senior strategists to shape proposals, structure engagements, and drive commercial impact and customer outcomes.
