Job Description:
Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is delivering the Finance2030 transformation programme. As Change Manager you will prepare colleagues for change, support adoption of new ways of working and help deliver programme outcomes across the Defra group.
Working with project teams, subject matter experts, process owners and senior leaders, you will assess change impacts, develop business readiness materials and deliver communications to build awareness, involvement and buy-in.
