Lead Service Manager, Family Support & Protection

Essex County Council is seeking a Service Manager for Family Support and Protection in Mid Essex, based in Chelmsford. This permanent, full-time role leads our FS&P teams to deliver rapid, relationship-based social work with children and families, shaping practice and outcomes.
