Business Development Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Executive to support a market-leading Technology, Digital, Data & IP team. The role combines strategic business development, client relationship management, pitching, market intelligence and campaign execution, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and delivery of pitches, proposals, credentials and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate and manage legal directory and rankings submissions.
• Develop and maintain business development collateral, presentations and marketing materials.
• Monitor market, industry and competitor activity, providing insights and briefings to stakeholders.
• Manage CRM data, contact lists and reporting to support client targeting and relationship development initiatives.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of business development campaigns, events, webinars and roundtables.
• Support client relationship programmes by identifying growth opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with partners, lawyers and wider marketing teams to implement strategic business development plans.

Key Requirements

• Previous business development, marketing or client development experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong experience supporting pitches, proposals, credentials and client relationship activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with senior professionals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify commercial opportunities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated and commercially minded approach to business development.
• Experience using CRM systems and business development reporting tools would be advantageous.
