Senior Site Agent – Civils & Power Infrastructure

Tech Search Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major civils project in Walkington. The role focuses on the day-to-day delivery of civils works, including 278/highways, groundworks and heavy civils, with a strong emphasis on technical control and engineering input.

You will lead site teams, coordinate RAMS, plan short-term activities, and ensure quality and safety compliance across the works, liaising with the Project Manager and design teams.
