Deputy Property Manager – Residential Block Maintenance

300 North Limited is seeking a Deputy Property Manager to join a busy residential property management team. You will support the Property Manager with day-to-day management of a portfolio across Woolwich, Brentford and Hastings, with occasional travel.

The role suits someone with residential block management experience who enjoys coordinating contractors, dealing with residents and ensuring repairs, maintenance and compliance are completed on time.
