  • Liaise with relevant internal teams to gather documentation and approvals required for portal compliance.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the BD team in planning and delivering external events, including commissioner days, networking events and sector conferences.
  • Represent our client at relevant events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinate event logistics, including venues, materials, delegate communications and post-event follow-up.
  • Contribute content and ideas to our client’s external profile, including award submissions, sector publications and LinkedIn activity.

About You

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, persuasively and within strict word limits.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience using public sector procurement portals to identify, track and respond to tender opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret complex tender specifications and translate requirements into high-quality written responses.
  • Confident working cross-functionally and engaging with senior stakeholders to gather information and evidence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with business insurance.
  • Experience within domiciliary care, complex care or community healthcare services.
