Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hospitality & Expansion

Village Hotels is seeking a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor to own the cost governance of a large capital portfolio. You will manage budgets, cost control, and benchmarking across 34 hotels, partnering with external contractors and internal teams. MRICS qualification is preferred or being pursued.

You will lead monthly forecasts, support acquisitions and development budgets, and drive value for future investments with rigorous cost modelling and commercial insight.
