Bath College is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Coach to support learners with additional needs at the City Centre Campus in Bath. The role focuses on enabling participation, independence and achievement, working with curriculum staff and wider support teams.

Term-time only, part-time permanent post, with hours 8:30–17:00 Mon-Thu and 8:30-16:30 Fri, salary £26,262–£26,839 per year (full-time equivalent £26,262.60–£26,839.80) and opportunities to pursue a nationally recognised Level 5
