Job Description:
You will be the friendly face greeting our late night arrivals and ensuring they have everything they need before they settle down for the night or checking out any early morning departures. You will take sole responsibility for the hotel from the hours of 11pm to 7am and so will be a multi tasker and happy to juggle tasks
Your responsibilities include;
- Complete 3 security walk around within the shift to ensure the building is secure
- To complete daily cleaning tasks in-line with the daily check sheet
- To learn the basics of the hotel reservations system, to enable you to check in, check out and print guest bills
- Bar service
- Basic food preparation (soup & sandwiches) and service
- Complete First Aid and Fire training to enable you to deal with emergencies
No experience required but we are looking for a good communicator who is IT literate and happy be trained across a variety of tasks. You should also be able to use initiative to solve problems and keep calm under pressure.
