Customer Service Supervisor & Duty Manager

Booker Group, part of Tesco plc, is seeking a Duty Manager in East Suffolk to lead a team of 40+ colleagues across reception and checkout and contribute to the store’s management team.

This fast-paced role focuses on exceptional customer service, staff training, payroll accuracy, and resolving customer issues. You will work flexibly, supervising or managing a team and ensuring compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
