Assistant Building Manager: Tenant Experience & Ops

Colliers is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Building Manager for Finsbury Circus House in the City of London. You will support day-to-day building operations, occupier experience, and contractor coordination, reporting to the Building Manager.

Key responsibilities include managing occupier queries, coordinating service updates, supporting health and safety, and assisting with service charge budgeting and sustainability initiatives to deliver a first-class building experience.
