Bakery Production Supervisor

Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am

The Role

• Hands-on production lead
• Works directly alongside the Production Manager and Assistant.
• Leads specific areas of production, such as cookies or donuts.
• Helps keep production on schedule.
• Checks quality, quantities and consistency throughout the night.
• Supports packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Takes charge if the Production Manager is unavailable.

About You

• A real passion for pastry, with creativity and flair
• Experience leading or supervising a pastry section/team
• Strong communication skills and organisational ability
• Good understanding of recipe production, costing, and GP
• At least two years experience in a similar role
