Used Car Sales Manager – Lead 60–90 Cars, Uncapped OTE

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager in Exeter. You will lead a busy used car operation spanning 60-90 vehicles and drive performance across the department.

You’ll manage stock, pricing, presentation and profitability from stock acquisition to sale, while coaching the sales team to improve results and conversion. This role offers a strong opportunity to influence growth and achieve substantial OTE.
