Breakfast Operations Lead – Luxury Hotel

The Trafalgar St. James is seeking an Assistant Breakfast Manager to lead the day-to-day breakfast service at our London hotel. You will support the Restaurant & Bar Manager and guide the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across buffet and à la carte offerings.

You will oversee prep, training, stock control, and ensure high standards, safety, and revenue focus. A background in luxury hospitality and strong communication are essential.
