Luxury Hotel Maintenance Manager – Estate & Spa

Aldwark Manor Estate is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the hotel, facilities and equipment are well maintained to a high standard. You will report to the Hotel Manager and work across the estate to support a safe, compliant and exceptional guest experience.

The role combines strong people leadership with planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, and cost control.
