Manager – SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance
A leading Big 4 consultancy is expanding its SAP Public Cloud Centre of Excellence and is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Manager to lead Finance delivery across complex S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition transformation programmes.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with ownership across the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll lead SAP Finance (FI/CO) workstreams, work directly with senior client finance stakeholders, manage SAP consulting teams and help shape the organisation’s approach to Public Cloud Finance delivery.
The role
You’ll be responsible for leading Finance delivery from Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design through configuration, testing, cutover and go-live. You’ll act as the Finance design authority, manage delivery teams and take ownership of workstream planning, budgets, risks, scope and commercials.
You’ll also contribute to bids and proposals, including solution shaping, estimating and client presentations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience leading SAP Finance (FI/CO) workstreams across multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Hands‑on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Strong understanding of the Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.
- Experience managing and developing SAP consulting teams.
- Confidence working directly with Finance Directors, Heads of Finance and other senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing workstream plans, budgets, risks, scope and commercials.
- Experience contributing to bids, proposals and solution shaping.
Experience within the UK public sector, SAP Public Cloud certification, programme recovery/remediation or integration with Procurement, HCM or Analytics would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the programmes supported, candidatesmust be British citizens and have been resident in the UK for at least the last five years.
