Maintenance Operative – Build, Repair & Safeguard with Care

HC-One is seeking a Maintenance Operative to maintain and improve our facilities. You will undertake repairs, upkeep building fabric and support housekeeping tasks, while delivering compassionate service to residents.

You will work within a team, follow procedures, complete audits and keep records up to date, with safeguarding training provided. A positive, caring approach is essential.
