Senior Occupational Therapist – Lead Community OT Team

Kent County Council is seeking a Senior Practitioner Occupational Therapist to lead a team of Occupational Therapists and Assessment Officers in the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells community OT Team, supporting day-to-day clinical practice and team performance.

The role emphasises prevention, enabling independence, and close liaison with social work and enablement services, with a structured induction, regular supervision, and development opportunities in moving and handling and major adaptations.
