Kingsley Healthcare in Watton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly team. You will assist with personal care, promote residents’ independence, and maintain high standards of service with compassion.

Reports to Nurse/Senior Support Worker. Key attributes include a caring nature, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior care experience is preferred but not essential. We provide training and a supportive environment.
