Senior Residential Childcare Leader – Family Connections

North Somerset Council is seeking a Senior Residential Childcare Worker to lead shifts within the Family Connections Home, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care for children aged 11–18. You will collaborate with families, schools, and health professionals to implement placement plans and promote child well‑being.

The role requires strong leadership, resilience and empathy, with a rota including 24.5‑hour shifts, sleep-ins and weekends.
