Senior Care Assistant – Lead Team, 36h Day/Night Shifts

The Porterbrook Care Home in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support a care team and deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You will help manage shifts, monitor wellbeing, oversee medication, and maintain accurate care records, ensuring continuity of care.

We require NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 desirable) and medication administration competence; experience leading a team and strong communication are valued.
