Empowering Care & Community Support Worker

Cygnet’s Lowry House in Hyde is hiring a Care & Support Worker on a full-time, 42-hour week. You’ll deliver person-centered care to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs, including mental health challenges, on a two-week rolling rota with weekend work.

You’ll join a supportive team and access NHS discounts, private health plans, wellbeing resources and a recognised apprenticeship scheme to develop professionally.
