Home Support Worker — Rebuild Independence & Care at Home

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is recruiting Home Support Workers for the Short Term and Urgent Support teams across Kirklees. You will help rehabilitate clients to independence, assist after hospital discharge, and provide urgent in-home support to prevent admissions.

Your duties include supporting therapy plans, movement practice, personal care, and meals, with travel between client sites. Driving licence is essential; DBS checks and training are provided.
