Bloomcare is seeking a Night Shift Coordinator for Lighthouse Care in Manchester to support adults with complex mental health needs. You will coordinate night shifts, guide colleagues, and ensure care plans are followed, while safeguarding and maintaining high standards of care.
The role requires prior Health & Social Care experience and NVQ Level 2 (NVQ Level 3 desirable). 12-hour night shifts run 8:00pm–8:00am, with a competitive rate of £13.75 per hour.
