Young Adult Mental Health Social Worker (Hybrid)

Connect2Hampshire is seeking a Young Adult Mental Health Social Worker to cover Andover, Winchester, Romsey, Eastleigh and Fareham. You will assess needs, manage risk, promote independence, and work with partners to improve wellbeing and outcomes.

The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a hybrid working arrangement and an umbrella rate of £38 per hour. Initial contract for 3 months with office and home visits requirements.
