Crisis Support Worker – Mental Health (One-on-One Care)

First Option Healthcare is seeking compassionate Crisis Support Workers to provide in-person crisis assistance across homes, schools, hospitals, and community settings in the Norwich area.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience with adults or adolescents and knowledge of managing Eating Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, CSE, and substance misuse. The role offers weekly payments and a referral bonus, with up to 3 months rolling rota.
