Youth Mental Health Support Worker

Academics is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for a specialist/SEN school in Windsor. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to young people with additional needs, helping with emotional wellbeing and social development.

You will work closely with teachers to create a safe, inclusive environment, build trusting relationships, and support students with coping strategies and independence. Start ASAP, 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
