Compassionate Care & Support Worker – Rural

CareTech’s Redbourne Centre provides specialist care for men aged 18+ with mild to moderate intellectual disability, mental health disorders, and complex needs. We are seeking compassionate individuals who can deliver high standards of care in a supportive, therapeutic environment.

The role includes assisting the senior team with assessment, planning and delivery of care, following risk assessments, and maintaining accurate records.
